Randy Nguyen

Randy Nguyen is a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in engineering support for manufacturing processes. Currently employed at Therm-x in California since March 2021, responsibilities include providing engineering support for Heater & Sensor manufacturing, performing brazing and soldering qualifications, creating training materials, maintaining production fixtures, and conducting root cause and failure analysis. Prior to this role, Randy worked at Alpha EMS Corporation from January 2016 to February 2021, focusing on PCB manufacturing process support and creating manufacturing process instructions. Randy's early experience includes a student role at Cork Supply USA, where multiple alternatives were proposed to optimize natural cork production using ProModel Simulation software, and a student assistant position at Classroom and Technology Services, facilitating technology support for professors. Randy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from California State University - East Bay, obtained in 2015.
