Jaylon Loyd

Jaylon Loyd is an experienced engineer in research and development, currently employed at Thermon, Inc. since July 2017, focusing on product development in the electrical power utility market. Previously, Loyd worked at 3M from August 2005 to July 2017, holding various roles including Product Development Technologist and Senior Master Laboratory Technician, where responsibilities included conducting customer interviews, managing technical literature reviews, prototype creation, and extensive laboratory testing for high voltage products. Loyd's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas State Technical College.
