Shaun Wilde MBA Chartered FCIPD FRSA

Shaun Wilde has over 40 years of work experience, starting in 1980 with the Royal Corps of Signals as a Staff Sergeant in Radio Telecommunications Engineering. Shaun then worked as a Technical Training Officer and Product Group Leader at Motorola from 1996 to 1997. From 1997 to 1998, they served as the Network Planning Team Leader at Vodafone. Shaun was the Network Planning Manager at Nokia from 1998 to 2000, and then worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Ericsson from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they held the position of Director of Professional Solutions at Spectrum PLC. Shaun served as an Interim Manager at Learning and Skills Council (Skills@Oldham) from 2002 to 2003. Shaun then joined the National Health Service as the HR, Learning & Development Manager from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Shaun began their tenure at Think Learning, initially as a Solution Manager. Shaun'srole involved specifying, implementing, and supporting learning/content management systems and services within large and complex organizations. From 2009 to 2017, they served as the HR & Operations Director, and since November 2017, they have held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Think Learning.

In 2019, Shaun started working for World Obstacle as the Coach and Technical Officials: Development Commission Chair, a role they will hold until December 2022.

Shaun Wilde's education history is as follows:

- From 2006 to 2009, Shaun Wilde attended The University of Manchester, specifically the Manchester Business School, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration.

- In 1996, Shaun Wilde received a NEBSM Level 4 Certificate in Management from the Army Education Services.

- PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from APMG in August 2012.

Shaun also holds certifications such as Language & Behaviour (LAB) Profile Trainer/Consultant, Level 3 White Water Kayak Coach, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) - SharePoint 2010, and NLP Master Practitioner, although the specific institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
