Christopher Beason has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. In 1994, they started working at Smith-Walbridge Clinics as a Leadership and Technology Trainer, where they applied adult learning theories to educate current and future professionals in the music education industry regarding the use of technology platforms. In 2000, they joined Mater Dei Catholic High School as an Educator/Department Lead/Project Manager, where they developed and integrated the complete curriculum and design alongside a team of educators. In 2005, they moved to Quincy Public Schools, where they achieved measurable success in producing an engaging and comprehensive linear curriculum for over 1,000 participants per year. In 2010, they joined Mansfield ISD as an Educator/Department Lead/Project Manager, where they employed control and authorization over the development and establishment of SMART program goals based on historical data and stakeholder requirements. In 1995, they started working as a Self-employed Educational Consultant and Freelance Design. Christopher is currently working at Think as a Jr. Project Manager since 2022.
Christopher Beason obtained a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1993 and 1998. Christopher then went on to earn a Master of Music Education from the same institution between 1998 and 2000. In addition, Beason has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera in July and March 2022, respectively, including Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 1 Projects, Boards, and Issues, Articulate Storyline Essential Training, Elearning Techniques: Visual Design, How to Design and Deliver Training Programs, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, Google Project Management Certificate, and Google Project Management: Specialization.
