Bess Leung

Bess Leung is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and talent development. Currently serving as Manager, People Business Partner at Thinkific since January 2021, Bess leads organization-wide career framework initiatives and coaches leaders on employee engagement and performance management. Prior to this role, Bess spent over five years at DB Schenker as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, driving talent planning and engagement initiatives across multiple provinces. Previous roles include HR Advisor positions at The Sovereign General Insurance Company and URS Flint, where Bess honed expertise in employee relations, performance management, and process improvement. Bess holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management from The University of British Columbia.
