Sharon Shainin

Sharon Shainin has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Most recently, they have been serving as the VP of Product at ThinkUp since 2022. Prior to that, Sharon worked as a User Experience & Product Consultant and mentor as the Owner of their own consulting business from 2014 to 2022.

Before that, Sharon held the role of a User Experience Consultant at Consumer Physics, Inc. (SCiO) from 2014 to 2019, where they were responsible for creating and managing consumer and B2B portfolios, conducting research and usability studies, organizing design thinking workshops, and providing valuable input on product management and user experience processes.

From 2013 to 2014, Sharon worked at Payoneer as a Senior Product Manager and UXer, where they played a pivotal role in defining the company's cloud-based solutions for clients like Airbnb and Fiverr. Sharon also collaborated closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful product deliverables.

Sharon's experience in the tech industry extends further back to their time at Microsoft, where they worked as a Program Manager & UXer from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they held significant positions at SAP, first as an Area Leader of partner interface and add-ons at SAP Business One support center from 2003 to 2005, and later as a Senior Product Manager from 2005 to 2010, where they played a strategic role in the product team and presented a live POC to the CEO and executive team.

Sharon Shainin completed their Executive MBA program from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the years 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned their SBc degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the same university between 1999 and 2002.
