Simona Fillarini

Ms. Fillarini serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for ThoughtTrace. In her role, she leads human capital strategy driving company culture and making ThoughtTrace the best place to work, live and learn.

She is a global business executive specializing in all aspects of talent, culture, and employee experience. She is passionate about creating people solutions that enable high growth companies to thrive.

Most recently, Simona led the hyper growth of QuVa Pharma, a life science company backed by Bain Capital, as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to QuVa, she held the position of Vice President of HR for BMC Software, spanning across talent acquisition, business partner and operations which supported over 6,000 employees globally. Prior to BMC, Simona held significant HR roles at Cisco Systems and Talisman Energy. Simona started her career at General Electric in Italy.
