Michael de Vos

Michael De Vos is an experienced IT and innovation leader currently serving as Head of IT & Innovation at Thriven, where responsibilities include overseeing product-related IT and the development of trading algorithms. Throughout a career spanning several roles in the Ministerie van Defensie, Michael has focused on developing integrated Command and Control systems and modernizing military software architecture through agile methodologies. With a solid foundation in user experience and interface design, Michael has contributed to various innovative projects within the military domain. Additional experience includes management consulting in healthcare, owning a web development business, and serving as a Naval Officer. Michael holds a Master's degree in Military Technology, Processes and Systems from the Royal Military Academy, complemented by numerous certifications in agile methods and human factors.
