Bruce Kibbey

Bruce Kibbey is a Chief Technology Officer at Throughline, Inc. with extensive experience in technical product planning, execution, and sustainment. Previously, as a Technical Solutions Architect, Bruce supported the design and implementation of a $2B Department of Navy ERP system. With a background as a System Integration Engineer, Bruce led efforts to integrate custom web applications with enterprise-class commercial software implementations. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
