Justin Gandy

Justin Gandy currently serves as the DOT Manager at Thru Tubing Solutions, where responsibilities include oversight and review of technical projects and programs in a dual role with Cudd Pressure Control Inc. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, where Justin Gandy held the rank of Lieutenant and was involved in administrative leadership, policy definition, patrol operations, and public interaction. Gandy's comprehensive background in law enforcement and management is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma.
