Eric Ortiz

Eric Ortiz is a Software Engineer at Thumbtack since July 2021, with previous experience as a Data 140 Undergraduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley from January 2021 to May 2021. Prior to this, Eric held internships at Leidos as a Software Engineer Intern and Data Science Intern from August 2020 to January 2021 and May 2020 to August 2020, respectively. Eric also contributed to the University of California, Berkeley as a Group Tutor for Data 140, a Lab Assistant for Data 8, and an Academic Intern for CS 61B between January 2019 and May 2020. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Data Science with a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, completing studies in 2021.
