Brett Gailey

Brett Gailey currently serves as the Head of Security and Compliance at Tia, overseeing information security, governance, risk, compliance, and IT since October 2020, while also being a member of the Information Security Leadership Foundation. Prior to Tia, Brett held prominent roles at Redox as the Director of Security Engineering & Security Architect, managing AppSec, CloudSec, and SOC operations, and as the Director of Platform Infrastructure, leading DevOps and security operations. Brett's career includes experience at SendGrid as the Manager of Technical Operations, where responsibilities included infrastructure services management, and at DreamHost as the Systems Engineering Manager, overseeing Systems Engineering, DevOps, and Security Operations. Brett began the professional journey as a Senior Systems Engineer and has academic credentials with an Associate of Arts in Anthropology from the Community College of Denver.
