Jessica M.

Jessica M. is currently the Chief Joy Officer at Tides Advocacy, where Jessica focuses on strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at the NYC Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice, including Executive Director of the Office to Prevent Gun Violence. Jessica is also a Global Fellow at Atlantic Fellows and was previously a Senior Fellow at Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity. With a Master's Degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, Jessica has a background in psychology from Virginia State University.
