Devrath Kadam

Devrath Kadam is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. since April 2020, Devrath previously held the position of Assistant Manager in the same company. Prior to that, Devrath was a Management Trainee at VANS Investments and Advisors, where contributions included an HR transformation project. Internship experiences at Wockhardt Ltd. and L&T Heavy Engineering involved projects focused on digitisation in the pharma sector and other HR initiatives. Devrath holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce.
