Ethan Christensen

Ethan Christensen has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Ethan began their career in 1998 as a Partner at Cooley LLP, where they represented high-growth public and private life science and technology companies in general corporate, transactional, and securities matters. In 2010, they moved to ServiceNow as the VP of Legal and later became the General Counsel, where they were responsible for legal aspects of sales and finance functions and for corporate compliance, data privacy, insurance and corporate governance. In 2015, they joined Inceptiv Law, Inc. as the President. In 2017, they joined Tiled as the Director, Head of Operations, and President and Director. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of legal, HR, finance and operational matters and oversight of sales and marketing functions.

Ethan Christensen received their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 1998. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University between 1989 and 1995.
