William Busch III

William Busch III has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. William is currently working at Tilia Holdings as the Managing Director and Head of Organizational Strategy & Transformation, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they were an Operating Partner at Tilia Holdings, responsible for Organizational Transformation and Value Creation from July 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Tilia Holdings, William served as an Advisory Board Member at Copperbox Leadership Advisory starting in July 2022. William also founded Soteria Life in July 2022, where they worked as the Founder until April 2023.

From March 2020 to September 2022, William was the Managing Director and Private Equity Practice Leader at FMG Leading. Prior to that, they worked at Korn Ferry as a Partner in Strategy and Execution from April 2017 to December 2019.

William's career began at Gallup in 2007, where they held various positions including Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate. William'stenure at Gallup spanned from July 2007 to April 2017.

Lastly, William gained experience as a Supply Chain Analyst (intern) at Cummins Inc. from June 2006 to June 2007.

William Busch III earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Strategy & Leadership from Tennessee State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. William later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2017 to 2019.
