Tiago Silva

Tiago Silva is a seasoned software engineer specializing in the development of scalable microservices and distributed applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Tillster, Inc. since August 2020, Tiago focuses on building serverless backend architectures using AWS and TypeScript. Previous roles include Software Engineer positions at Prozis and CEiiA, where notable contributions involved Java development, blockchain network implementation, and microservice architecture. Tiago has extensive experience with various technologies such as Java, RESTful APIs, and Docker, and has worked with numerous databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Earlier in the career, Tiago developed applications for industrial management processes at Frulact and served as an undergraduate teaching assistant at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Tiago holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution and a technical degree in CNC machine programming from CENFIM.
