Denise McClennen

Denise (Van Eck) McClennen is the Owner and Founding Partner of Thought Design Learning Studio, where Denise designs impactful learning experiences leveraging expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and coaching, enriched by a fascination with brain science. Denise serves as a Master Facilitator for The Fearless Organization Scan, conducting leadership workshops and certification training. Additionally, Denise is an Associate and Facilitator of Impostor Syndrome-Informed Coaching at the Impostor Syndrome Institute, a Mentor at SpringGR, and an Adjunct Professor at Cornerstone University. As an author and certified practitioner, Denise contributes to Tilt365 and previously led the Failure:Laboratory initiative, focusing on fostering innovation and collaboration. Previous roles include Chief Learning Officer at Promark University and founding partner at Deep Shift Coaching. Denise holds degrees in Instructional Design and Curriculum and Instruction from institutions including Davenport University, Loyola University Chicago, and UC Irvine.
