Matt McGowan

Matt McGowan has extensive experience in sales and management within the wood products industry, currently serving as the Director of Wood Packaging at Timber Products Inspection, Inc. since July 2011. With a proven track record in quality assurance programs, McGowan previously held senior roles at MDM Consulting and Gulf South Forest Products, Inc., where expertise in sales and marketing for international products was developed. Earlier positions include Director of Sales and Purchasing at Indiana Hardwoods, Inc., and various sales representative roles at Oakcrest Lumber Company and Tenneco. McGowan's early career includes significant contributions as Export Sales Manager at Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Forest Resource Management from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
