John Karras

John Karras is the VP of Business Development at TIP Strategies. John has over 10 years of experience in the field of economic development and has worked with clients all over the world. John has a deep understanding of the underlying drivers of economic growth and knows how to create an environment that is conducive to business success.

John Karras has a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor's degree in Geography - Urban and Regional Planning from Texas State University, and a degree in Geography from The University of Texas at San Antonio. John also has a certificate from the NYMTC Executive Development Program.
