Paige Tsai

Ms. Tsai joined TLC in 2022 as a seasoned HR professional with nearly 20 years of diverse work experience across various functions in multinational companies. Ms. Tsai was most recently the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Zuellig Pharma Inc., where she oversaw all aspects of HR activities for over 800 employees and helped company won HR Asia Best Companies to Work for and WeCare Awards for 2 consecutive years. Ms. Tsai accrued invaluable experience and expertise including communication and coaching skills from her HR roles at IQVIA and Bausch + Lomb, as well as from her customer relations and legal roles at Procter & Gamble Co., ING Group, and the Taiwan FDA. Ms. Tsai received her Master of Laws degree at Santa Clara University in California, her MBA in Risk Management and Insurance at National Cheng-Chi University, and her Bachelor’s in Laws at National Taipei University.
