Tatiane Fukuda

Tatiane Fukuda has extensive work experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Engineering Management. Tatiane began their career as a QA Engineer at Yahoo! Brasil, where they were responsible for automated and functional testing. Tatiane then worked as a QA and Automation Manager at Keeggo, overseeing teams and improving testing processes. Tatiane later became a QA Manager at Titans Group, where they focused on guaranteeing the quality of Telecom company websites and mobile apps. Tatiane then served as the Head of Quality Assurance at Dafiti Group, where they led a team and implemented agile testing processes. Tatiane continued their career as a Quality Assurance and Customer Support Manager at Wildlife Studios, ensuring the quality of mobile games and providing customer support. Tatiane also worked as a Technical Product Marketing Manager at PayPal, supporting product quality initiatives in the LATAM market. At Loggi, Tatiane served as an Engineering Manager in Test. Tatiane then moved on to Via Varejo SA, where they held the position of Head of QA, driving quality in the organization's digital and agile transformation. Most recently, they joined TLScontact as the Head of Quality Management. Throughout their career, Tatiane has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on process improvement and team development.

Tatiane Fukuda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Software Engineering from FIAP, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a postgraduate program in Business Informatics at IBTA from 2007 to 2008. Tatiane also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they achieved between 2000 and 2004. Tatiane'searliest educational qualification is a Data Processing Technician diploma from Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo, which they earned from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Tatiane has obtained several certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
