Morgan Melto

Morgan Melto serves as Vice President and Head of Creative People at T!LT (The TiLT Group) since April 2019, where Morgan oversees creative strategies to engage audiences for clients. Prior to T!LT, Morgan was an Art Director and Owner at Brainwaves Creative from July 2017 to March 2019, focusing on graphic design and presentation content for executive clients. Since June 2010, Morgan has also worked as a freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer, honing skills in collaboration and content creation. Earlier experience includes roles at Williams/Gerard Productions from 1997 to 2010, including Graphic Designer and Art Director. Morgan holds a Master of Arts in Creative Leadership from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with certification from the Coach Training Alliance.
