Margey O'Brien

Margey O'Brien has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various roles and responsibilities. Margey currently serves as the Human Resources Director at TMG Construction Corporation. Prior to this, they worked at Safran for four years, where they held the position of Human Resources Director at Safran Cabin Sterling, Inc. In this role, they provided HR support to approximately 200 employees and played a vital role in the integration of new policies and procedures following Safran's acquisition of Zodiac. Before working at Safran, Margey worked at O'Brien Benefits & Financial Services Inc. as a Human Resource Consultant and Corporate Secretary. Margey assisted small businesses with their HR needs and provided transition services to retiring military officers. Margey also worked at Muller O'Brien LLC as Vice President and Human Resource Consultant, where they focused on HR consulting, training, and transition services for small companies and individuals. Margey has also gained experience as a Consultant & Owner of O'Brien Associates, where they provided coaching services to senior leaders and developed HR departments for small organizations. Additionally, Margey worked at Host Marriott Services as a Sr. Human Resource Manager Corporate HR, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and facilities management. Margey began their career in various human resources positions at Marriott International.

Margey O'Brien attended Northeastern University from 1981 to 1986, where they studied Economics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Safran in 2018. Furthermore, in 2019, they completed Communications courses at Plateform Safran University and PLATFORME SAFRAN UNIVERSITY.
