Danielle Aboudib

Danielle Aboudib, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager in Community Planning at Toll Brothers since February 2021, following a role as Management Associate. Prior experience includes Project Manager for Property Development at Suburban Inns, where Danielle completed extensive Property Improvement Plan renovations and managed new development projects within the hospitality sector. Additional experience at Waldorf Astoria New York as Property Operations Manager involved overseeing engineering operations and project management. Danielle participated in Hilton Worldwide’s Management Development Program, focusing on team and facilities management. Educational credentials include an Executive Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, along with two Associate Degrees in Civil Engineering and Building Construction Technology from Ferris State University.
