Jing Yu W. has been working in the customer operations field since 2019, when they began working at LendUp as a Customer Operations Analyst. Jing Yu then moved up to become a Customer Operations Specialist II and a Customer Operations Specialist. In 2021, they joined TomoCredit as a Customer Success Manager.
