Gaurav Baveja

Gaurav Baveja has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Gaurav currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Board Observer at Tonaquint Data Centers since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Vyntelligence from July 2021 to February 2023. Gaurav has also worked at Vonage, where they held various roles including SVP, Finance and Operations (CFO and COO), Applications Group from July 2019 to June 2021, VP, Corporate FP&A from January 2019 to June 2019, and Senior Director, Corporate Strategy and Development from September 2015 to December 2018. Before joining Vonage, they worked as the Director, Investment Banking; Mergers & Acquisitions in Technology + Telecom Sectors at Wells Fargo from January 2007 to August 2015. Gaurav also held positions at Merrill Lynch as Vice President, Business Analysis and Planning, Investment Banking Division from September 2005 to December 2006, at Deutsche Bank as AVP, Financial Controller, Global Markets from July 2002 to August 2005, and at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant from July 1997 to June 2002.

Gaurav Baveja holds a B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed from 1993 to 1997. Gaurav also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006.
