Sarah Saftich has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Top Hat since September 2018, after progressing through roles as a Senior Customer Success Specialist and Customer Success Specialist. Before joining Top Hat, Sarah was the Captain of the Queen's University Women's Basketball team from September 2015 to May 2018 and held positions at Queen's University as a Sports Camp Counselor and a Program Assistant for the School of Medicine. Sarah's early career included working as a Receptionist at Cornell Chiropractic Centre from September 2011 to August 2013. In terms of education, Sarah obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology with Honours from Queen's University, completed in 2018.
