Courtney Coates

Courtney joined the firm in 2016 bringing years of private and public engineering experience to Topographic. The incorporation of his design and construction knowledge has made it possible for Topographic to provide solutions that expedite construction and reduce cost. The addition of Courtney to Topographic allowed for a greater range of services we can provide to our clients. Courtney’s experience extends to pipeline design, recycle facilities, water lines, roads, and public infrastructure as well as commercial, industrial, and residential project development. Courtney received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and North Dakota. Courtney has over 14 years of experience in drainage design, hydrology and flood studies, grading design, site development, roadway planning and design, feasibility studies, development plans, and land entitlement.
