Mary Meacham

Ms. Mary Meacham joined the firm in 2019 as managing director of human resources. In her role, she aligns the firm’s human resources strategy with business objectives, firm-wide efficiency and regulatory requirements, focuses on maintaining a vibrant, fun and healthy, high performance culture and works to cultivate and preserve a diverse and inclusive workforce. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience in financial services, healthcare and retail. Her background includes human resources leadership positions at DST Systems, Inc. and Mercantile Stores West. Ms. Meacham earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Ms. Meacham is a graduate of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City’s leadership program, Kansas City Tomorrow, which focuses on civic engagement in the Kansas City region. She previously served on the Kansas City Tomorrow Alumni Board of Directors.
