Faye Duncan

Faye Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Faye began their career as a Work Experience Journalist at Widnes and Runcorn Weekly News in 2012. Faye then worked as a Freelance Writer for Ess Magazine in 2013, where they had the opportunity to write articles on topics of their interest.

In 2014, Faye joined JD Sports Fashion plc as a Digital Copywriter, where they created engaging content for the brand's website, social media, and customer emails. Faye also collaborated with the Buying and Merchandising teams to develop seasonal content campaigns and successfully increased brand awareness through social media engagement and paid adverts on Facebook.

From 2017 to 2019, Faye worked as an SEO Content Executive at WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED, where they produced on-site copy and utilized their knowledge of industry news and SEO strategies to boost the company's online visibility. Faye also played a key role in developing the editorial calendar and contributed to the overall marketing plan.

In 2019, Faye joined Perfume Click as a Digital Content Writer, responsible for crafting creative copy for various digital customer communications. Faye also developed and maintained the company's tone of voice guidelines and played a pivotal role in shaping the online marketing strategy through newsletter campaigns and promotions.

Faye then joined thinkmoney in 2020 as a Copywriter and took on a wide range of responsibilities. This included producing content for various areas of the business, optimizing website content for SEO, mentoring other copywriters, and ensuring consistent tone of voice across all communications.

In 2022, Faye assumed the role of Senior Copywriter at Uphold Inc., where they contributed their expertise in crafting persuasive copy for the company's communications. Later in the same year, they transitioned to the role of Senior Content Writer at Total Processing, utilizing their skills to create high-quality content for the organization.

Throughout their career, Faye has consistently demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles, collaborate effectively with teams, and produce engaging and effective content across various platforms.

Faye Duncan completed their education at multiple institutions. Faye attended Penketh High School from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their GCSE. Following that, they enrolled at Penketh High School Sixth Form from 2008 to 2010, focusing on A/AS level subjects such as English Literature, English Language, Sociology, and Textiles. Finally, they attended the University of South Wales from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, with a general focus.
