David Lapointe

David Lapointe has extensive experience in medicinal chemistry, currently serving as Associate Director at Totus Medicines since January 2022, after progressing from Senior Scientist. Prior to this, David worked at ChemPartner from February 2015 to January 2022 as Senior Scientist and Scientist. David's earlier roles include Postdoctoral Research Associate positions at SRI International and UC Berkeley, and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Ottawa. Internships in medicinal chemistry were completed at Amgen, MethylGene Inc., and Merck. David holds a BSc in Chemistry from Université de Sherbrooke.
