Betty J. Holnapy

Betty J. Holnapy is a dedicated workforce development professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly focused on employment services. Currently serving as a Facilitator at Towards Employment since July 2021, Betty plays a key role in empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through employment. Previously, as a Workforce Development Specialist at Ohio Means Jobs-Lorain County from January 2020 to July 2021, Betty assisted individuals in accessing training funds and monitored job retention for a diverse caseload. Betty's long tenure at Towards Employment includes roles as a Career Coach/Trainer and Youth Resource Center Coordinator, contributing to the organization's mission for over twenty years.
