Michael Galen has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Michael is currently working as a Senior Territorial Marketing Manager at Tower Hill Insurance Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Underwriting Consultant, Middle Market at CNA Insurance from March 2022 to August 2022.

Michael has also had an extensive tenure at Tower Hill Insurance Group, where they held various roles. From September 2015 to March 2022, they worked as a Senior Marketing Representative, managing and collaborating with over 150 retail insurance agency locations in the Southeast Florida market. Michael was responsible for driving sales of Tower Hill personal lines insurance products and overseeing the new agency/partner appointment process within the territory. Additionally, from January 2013 to September 2015, they worked as an Agency Development Manager, updating the company's New Agency Appointment process and implementing the Agency Revitalize Program. Michael Galen, CIC, CLCS attended Martin County High School and graduated in 1999. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at the University of Florida from 1999 to 2003. After completing their education, Michael obtained a 2-20 General Lines Property and Casualty Agent License from the Florida Department of Financial Services in May 2004.

To further enhance their expertise, Michael obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in October 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) certification from the National Underwriter in August 2022.
