Joep Smeets

Joep Smeets has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the material handling and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Customer Services Manager at Toyota Material Handling Nederland since November 2007, Joep Smeets oversees fleet management and service support for select accounts, previously held the role of Regio Service Manager managing multiple teams of service technicians. Prior to this, Joep Smeets worked at BT Nederland BV as a Sales Representative, advising on and selling internal transport material. Joep Smeets's career began at Inrada Group as a Sales Engineer, followed by a role as coordinator of courses at Limburgs Centrum Bedrijfsopleidingen and as a Specification Engineer at Daf Trucks BV, focusing on military and semi-military vehicle programs. Joep Smeets holds a diploma in Post-Hoger Beroepsonderwijs in business organization and an engineering degree in transport technology from HTS Autotechniek.
