Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for INNERGY Innovative Energy since July 2009, Melissa specializes in providing energy-efficient lighting technologies and other energy solutions. Concurrently, as a Behavior Analyst at TPG TeleManagement since January 2008, Melissa analyzes customer interactions to assess the impact of behaviors on business outcomes. Previously, Melissa contributed as an Operations Trainer at West Corporation from January 2007 to January 2008, where responsibilities included training new phone agents and developing training materials. Earlier career achievements include leading the Corporate Quality Team as Manager of Corporate Quality at APAC Customer Services from November 1996 to June 2006.
