Nicholas Warchol

Nicholas Warchol has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Nicholas started their career as a Lead Materials Engineer in the US Army, where they provided recommendations on materials, coatings, design changes, and manufacturing. Nicholas then worked for TPI Composites, Inc., where they held various roles, including Senior Engineer, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Global Technical Program Director, Senior Director of Global Technical Program Management, Vice President of Global Technical Program Management, and Senior Vice President of Technology and Engineering. These roles involved leading technical relationships with key customers, coordinating global technical priorities, driving systems and processes, and providing global leadership to all technical functions. Nicholas also worked as an Account Manager for Precision Castparts, where they managed existing products and oversaw the introduction of new products. Additionally, they worked on a special project to build a wind blade manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China. Throughout their career, Nicholas Warchol has demonstrated expertise in technical program management, engineering, manufacturing, and process improvement.

Nicholas Warchol obtained their MBA in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their BSMSE in Material Science Engineering at The Ohio State University from 1999 to 2003.
