Graciele Azeredo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Graciele began their career as a Web Designer at MDDM Marketing Digital in 2007. Graciele then moved on to Accenture, where they worked as a System Analyst and later as a Business Analyst, contributing to projects in various areas, including procurement and electronic commerce service.

In 2014, Graciele joined TOTVS as a Business Process Consultant, working on a digital transformation project for FINEP, a Funding Authority for Studies and Projects by the Brazilian federal government. Graciele'sresponsibilities included mapping the current IT processes, redesigning them, and implementing the new model.

From 2016 to 2018, Graciele pursued their passion for photography and entrepreneurship as the Owner and Photographer at Azeredo Photography, specializing in maternity, newborn, and toddler portraits. Graciele handled all aspects of the business, including marketing, finance, and product creation.

In 2018, Graciele worked at everis as a Business Analyst, where they conducted impact analysis for Scottish Power's Critical Business Systems and created a Disaster Recovery Plan dossier.

Starting from 2019, Graciele joined everis as a Solutions Analyst, gathering business requirements and automating insurance documents using Exari Systems. Graciele also gained expertise in styling and formatting documents using MS Word and Exari PowerAuthor.

Graciele then joined NTT DATA UK&I in 2022, first as an RPA Business Analyst, where they analyzed backlogged processes and documented them for potential automation. Graciele also acted as a liaison between IT, business, developers, and RPA experts. Later in the same year, they took on the role of a Business Process Consultant, focusing on document templates and creating process documentation.

Most recently, Graciele has been working at Tquila Automation as an Automation Business Analyst, utilizing their skills and experience to contribute to automation initiatives within the organization.

Graciele Azeredo completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Gama Filho from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the RPA Business Analyst Foundation and UiPath Insights from UiPath in March 2023, Process Mining - From Theory to Execution from Celonis in July 2022, Process Mining with Celonis from Udemy in July 2022, RPA Developer Foundation and UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) from UiPath in December 2021, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in December 2018, ITIL® Foundation from EXIN in February 2016, and CBPP Certified Business Process Professional® from ABPMP Brazil Chapter in November 2015.
