Rachael Costner has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rachael initially worked as an Account Executive/Designer at McGowan Advertising from 1985 to 1990, where they collaborated with clients on design projects and managed advertising budgets. In 2000, they started their own business, Sands Costner & Associates, where they served as the Owner/Creative Director until 2011. At Sands Costner & Associates, they worked with company owners and managers to enhance brand design and campaign support. Rachael also handled media planning and purchasing for clients. In 2007, they became a Board Member and Marketing Chair for the Tacoma Philharmonic, where they focused on increasing ticket sales and raising awareness for the organization. In 2009, they joined Diagnostic Imaging Northwest as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Rachael later transitioned to TRA Medical Imaging in the same role. Additionally, since 2000, they have been the Owner and Publisher of Women's Resource, an online network for professional business women and independent owners in the Puget Sound area. Rachael manages sales, organizes networking events, and is the founder of an annual women-focused trade show called JazzJune.
Rachael Costner attended San Diego State University from 1977 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communications.
