Kaylee Tanner

Kaylee Tanner is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Trace Genomics since April 2023, Kaylee previously held several key positions at Corteva Agriscience, leading projects such as a payroll system overhaul that benefited over 10,000 employees. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at DuPont, where support was provided to various teams, and Human Resources Business Partner at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, contributing to employee relations and organizational development. Earlier experience includes roles at Christian Homes, Inc. and Prairie Years Bookstore. Kaylee holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Human Resources Management, both from Illinois State University.
