Asher Lohman

Asher Lohman has a strong background in technology and data management. Asher is currently the Vice President of Data & Analytics at Trace3, where they lead the organization's data and analytics efforts. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Trace3.

Before joining Trace3, Asher worked at CSX, where they held several senior leadership positions. As the Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics, they led the advanced analytics, information architecture, data management, and robotics departments. Asher also championed the transition to a cloud-native data system environment.

At CSX, Asher also served as the Senior Director of Operations Applications, where they were responsible for product development, technology operations, innovation, and strategy execution. Asher successfully implemented a global mobile device strategy for over 10,000 end users.

Additionally, Asher held the role of Senior Director of Infrastructure Architecture & Innovation at CSX, where they led infrastructure architecture, technology innovation, cloud architecture, and site reliability engineering. Asher played a pivotal role in the transformation and modernization of legacy systems to a scalable cloud-native platform.

Prior to CSX, Asher was the Vice President of Technology at Payspan, Inc., overseeing the operations of all systems for the healthcare payment platform. Asher introduced new technologies and streamlined processes, resulting in increased productivity.

Earlier in their career, Asher served as the Director of Information Technology at MortgageFlex Systems, Inc., where they managed operations and implemented enterprise change management solutions. Asher also worked as an Information Technology Manager at SweetWater Restoration, Inc. and as a Network & Systems Administrator at MM Grinnan.

Overall, Asher Lohman has extensive experience in technology leadership and data management, with a focus on implementing innovative solutions and driving organizational change.

Asher Lohman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Asher also earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from Jacksonville University. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Asher has obtained the Snowflake Sales Professional Accreditation from Snowflake in August 2023.
