Stephanie Dempster

Stephanie Dempster is a seasoned professional in brokerage operations and audits, currently serving as Senior Director of Brokerage Operations & Audits at TradeStation since November 2021. Prior to TradeStation, Dempster was the Clearing Operations Manager for Execution Services at Robinhood from October 2020 to November 2021. Dempster's extensive experience in the financial industry includes a managerial role at Ally from July 2007 to October 2020, specializing in best execution and trade reporting. Dempster also held a supervisory position at TradeKing, overseeing trade desk operations from July 2007 to February 2015. Earlier, Dempster served as a Sergeant in the US Army from March 2003 to June 2007, focusing on human resources and electronic repair. Dempster earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida International University between 2010 and 2015.
