Joelle Beck Smith

Joelle Beck Smith is currently the Team Leader - Sales at Tradies Success Academy, where Joelle leads, guides, and motivates the sales team to exceed monthly quotas. Joelle is also responsible for cultivating a positive team culture, recruiting and training new staff, improving onboarding procedures, and providing sales reports. Joelle has a background in mental health support, yoga teaching, corporate wellbeing programs, and front of house management. Joelle holds a degree in Life Coaching from Beautiful You Coaching Academy, a Certificate IV in Community Services from TAFE NSW, and a Diploma in Health Science from Endeavour College of Natural Health.
