Lilly Myers

Lilly Myers has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as the Head of Research and Development at Transit Scientific, where they have been employed since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Impact Strategy Associate at Sorenson Impact from 2021 to 2022.

Lilly also has experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the medical device industry. Lilly worked at Edwards Lifesciences from 2016 to 2020, starting as a TDP Engineer and progressing to R&D Engineer II and then Senior Research and Development Engineer. During their time at Edwards Lifesciences, they played a key role in the design and development of next-generation nitinol stents and catheters, including leading cross-functional teams, communicating project updates, and developing manufacturing processes.

Lilly Myers completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also had a brief period of study abroad at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, focusing on Chemical Engineering. Prior to their university education, they earned a High School Diploma in General Studies from Shawnee Mission East High School, attending from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Lilly obtained a certification in "From Ideas to Action" from IDEO U in March 2018.
