Richard Dolphin

Richard Dolphin is a seasoned professional in the field of transportation engineering, currently serving as Group Engineer ITS at Transport for Greater Manchester since March 2011. Dolphin's career spans several roles, beginning as a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham from September 1989 to August 1991, followed by progressive responsibilities at the Greater Manchester UTC Unit from August 1991 to March 2011, culminating in the position of Group Engineer. Dolphin holds an MSc in Traffic and Transportation from the University of Southampton and a BSc in Geology from The University of Manchester.
