Brighid Kelly

Brighid Kelly is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the General Manager of People at Transpower New Zealand since March 2018. Prior to this role, Brighid held several prominent positions including General Manager of Human Resources and Acting Chief Executive at Tourism NZ from May 2014, and Change Consultant for various organizations from 2012 to 2014. Brighid's extensive background also includes serving as Corporate Services Group Director at the Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa, where key responsibilities encompassed IT, Audit & Assurance, and Human Resource Management. Earlier experience includes roles at Telecom New Zealand, BNZ/NAB, and Fletcher Challenge Forests, focusing on organizational development and human resources. Brighid holds a Master of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Management Studies from The University of Auckland.
