Adina Reed

Adina Reed, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at TransTech Energy since February 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Adina previously managed HR operations for mid-sized and small organizations, including overseeing a team at PDQ Staffing and enhancing employee retention and development. At Johnson County Special Utility District, Adina achieved significant improvements in recruitment efficiency and candidate quality, while at Mouser Electronics, Adina provided HR support to a large workforce and handled sensitive employee relations issues. Adina played a key role in establishing HR departments at Crystal Clear Concepts and MAR Solutions, developing comprehensive policies and procedures. Adina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Western Governors University.
