Sam Hamoud

Sam Hamoud, PE, serves as the Vice President of Project Delivery at TRC Companies, Inc. since June 2021, leading transportation infrastructure programs in California. With a robust background at Caltrans from 1991 to June 2021, Sam held multiple positions including Caltrans Liaison to the California Transportation Commission, overseeing project programming and funding across 12 districts. Experience also includes managing innovative project delivery initiatives, fast-track safety projects, and statewide bridge construction support. Educational qualifications comprise Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil/Structures Engineering from California State University Long Beach, along with advanced studies at the University of Maryland and the National Highway Institute.
