Danna Prater

Danna Prater, CRCM, FLE has a diverse work experience spanning over 23 years. Danna'smost recent position is as the VP, Director of Community Development at Tri Counties Bank, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the AVP, CRA Officer at Exchange Bank from 2020 to 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Danna worked at Tri Counties Bank, holding the positions of VP, Fair Lending Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer. In these roles, they managed and performed compliance risk management in fair lending, the Community Reinvestment Act, and the Home Mortgage Data Act. Danna also oversaw compliance monitoring programs and developed internal controls to mitigate risk in lending compliance regulations.

Before joining Tri Counties Bank, Danna was the AVP, Lending Compliance Officer at Luther Burbank Savings from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they maintained compliance in consumer and commercial real estate lending, evaluated laws and regulations, and recommended program changes.

Danna also worked as the Vice President, Compliance Officer, CRA Officer at 1st Capital Bank from 2012 to 2013, where they administered the compliance management system and updated policies and procedures. Prior to that, they held the position of AVP, CRA/HMDA Data Manager at PremierWest Bank from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the Community Reinvestment Act and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.

Additionally, Danna has experience as a Corporate Community Reinvestment Act Coordinator at North Valley Bank, a Paralegal at CIG Financial, and a Legal Secretary/Paralegal at Lee & Mellenger and Lofland & Associates.

Danna Prater, CRCM, FLE pursued Paralegal Studies at the Southern California College of Business and Law from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Institute of Certified Bankers - American Bankers Association.
