Lynn has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across multiple organizations, including Expedia Group, Singtel, and CHANEL, where roles involved strategic talent planning, employer branding, and organizational development. Lynn's educational background includes a double degree in Mechanical Engineering and Arts from the University of Melbourne, a Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Management of Human Resources from Baruch College, and a Master's in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art.
